ATOL Protected.

ATOL, which is part of the Civil Aviation Authority, is a government backed financial protection scheme which for over 30 years has provided financial protection for flights and air holidays sold by tour operators. It currently covers over 28 million people each year. From the moment you make payment, ATOL protects your money against the insolvency of over 1,900 of the UK's travel organisers.
If an ATOL holder stops trading before you travel, we'll refund your money and, if you're on your trip, we'll arrange for you to finish your holiday and then bring you home.
At Flight Centre, we hold an Air Travel Organiser's Licence ('ATOL') granted by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 4267.
We are members of the Association of British Travel Agents ('ABTA') and as a prerequisite of our membership travel arrangements without air travel are protected by means of a secure bond held by the Association.
As an additional comfort all monies paid to Flight Centre (UK) Ltd are held until such time as payment is due to the relevant Airline/Hotel/Car Hire Company/Tour Operator.

Airline Failure Protection
If a scheduled airline you booked with us ceases operations, we financially protect you. If you are abroad we arrange other flights at no additional cost, and if you are yet to travel we provide you with a full refund and find you an alternative.
A Fully ATOL Protected Holiday
Your Flight Centre holiday is fully bonded and covered by UK consumer protection through ATOL (ATOL number 4267), ABTA and IATA, so when you book a holiday with us peace of mind is part of the package.
