In and around the city there’s loads to do, from burning energy on public playgrounds and wandering the markets to engaging in a spot of arts and crafts. There’s even go-karting and mini golf!
High season runs from December to March, when the city really comes alive with food and music festivals. The driest months to visit are between November and March, while April to October is traditionally the wet season. June generally records the highest rainfalls of the wet season.

Accra is a bustling city, but you’ll find peaceful spots and greenery in the many parks and gardens dotted around the city, like the Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park and the Legon Botanical Gardens. Labadi and Bojo Beaches are also unmissable!
