Clare Valley
Continue onto the Clare Valley, where vineyards meet the outback. Explore over 40 wineries, renowned for their exceptional Riesling. Indulge in ales and stout at Clare Valley Brewing Co and relish the Parisian charm of Terroir Auburn. Discover the historic Skillogalee for lunch or delve into the past at Martindale Hall in Mintaro. Conclude the day with a night in Clare.

Flinders Ranges

Barossa Valley

Days 11-12
Kangaroo Island
Take in the coastal views as you drive the 2.5 hours from Barossa to Cape Jervis to catch the ferry across to Kangaroo Island, one of the best places to see Aussie wildlife in its natural habitat. Here you can hope to see sea lions, koalas, echidnas, over 260 species of birds and, of course, kangaroos. The landscapes won’t fail to impress you, make sure Remarkable Rocks, Admirals Arch and Stokes Bay are all on your list and don’t miss the opportunity to try some of the delicious local produce too, from fresh oysters and honey to wine, gin and olive oil. You'll travel across to the island by ferry.
